How to Add Users to Account Track from Control Panel




From Konica Minolta E-Series Control Panel

  1. Select Menu

  2. Select Utility

  3. Login as Administrator

  4. Select User Authentication/Account Track

  5. Select Account Track Settings

  6. Select Account Track Registration

  7. For new entries, select a blank entry box

  8. Click Password to enter and confirm account code

  9. Click Name to enter name

  10. Click Function Permission to allow/deny Black & White and Color functionality
