Field Service Technician

 Major Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and support during field visits for new client copier, printer, and software installations.

  • Perform routine service and maintenance of connected devices within an assigned territory.

  • Ensure territory response times, first call effectiveness, parts usage, and service margins are met.

  • Maintain service records for reporting in assigned territory

  • Develop a background of copier, networking, and installation procedure knowledge.

  • Assure customer’s needs and expectations are exceeded

Preferred Prerequisites:

  • Completion of Outward Associate level Certification from Konica Minolta-Online or similar,

  • Above average analytical and computer skills,

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time,

  • Ability to communicate effectively,

  • Electronics training or prior service technical work

  • Valid driver license
