Position Title: Field Service Technician


Major Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Assure customer’s needs and expectations are met.

  • Troubleshoot, repair and manage a territory of customers.

  • Develop a background of copier, networking, and installation procedure knowledge.

  • Ensure territory response times, first call effectiveness, parts usage and service margins are met.

  • Support company efforts to market older machine replacements.


Prerequisites/ Skills Required:

  • Completion of Outward Associate level Certification from Konica Minolta-Online.

  • Above average analytical and computer skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Electronics training or prior service technical work preferred
